About the Author

Jacob Jeifa is a second-year law student at Penn State Dickinson Law. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and is interested in corporate law. Prior to law school, Jacob ran a property management company and was a research assistant with the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance.
